I’m graduating on the 21st from rehab 95 days clean today ! 🙌🏼 I’m going to a step down program on Monday where the real work starts I’m nervous but I think I got this . I’m happier everday . I love what you’re doing ! It’s motivating to hear your content ! This is awesome ! Keep going.

Sure does closest one is 40 miles away.. and there are so many addicts here that want help.. but can’t get it.. small towns especially don’t care about people wanting help 😢

You literally have to desire it and it never goes away. It is always apparent just as much as you are alive. You are chemically induced & you never stop that desire of thinking, wanting,needing and ultimately succeeding at failing to consume it. You have to desire to stop as much as you desire to continue. You have to kill it every day throughout the entire day for the rest of your existence. Yet you can replace it with something far more valuable and that's something that you take with you forever. When Philip K. Dick wrote about " A Scanner Darkely" a lot of that was due to most of his friends suffering from permanent psychosis or worse. I've watched a lot of people no longer roam this world because of their addictions and I'm still here. In a way I don't just owe it to myself but I owe it to them to continue because they can not.How important it is in life not necessarily to be strong but to feel strong. I found a program in jail It says: those actions that once made you feel completely ashamed and totally discouraged will allow you to share with other people how to be a useful human being. You do it every time you post brotha.

My roommate is going to rehab tomorrow so I colored some stickers for her and put them on her pillow. I just wanted to do something nice. I’m proud of her. The fact she keeps trying is awesome! She’s a good person
