im not catholic but when i used to be THEY HURT SO SO MUCH and me and my church friends used to call it cathiolimpics bc it was like stand up sit 5 seconds later kneel stand up kneel again then sit for like 1 sec then back to standing then kneeling

I was only baptized 4 months ago and I had to cut back my kneeling because my knees were hurting so bad 😭 I guess that’s what daily Mass and Vespers will do to you
