lots of questions about my post training meal - here it is/ approx 36oz water ice 10-15g creatine 1 cup frozen blueberries stevia 120g of carbs jasmine rice 70g of protein powder (this is a prototype protein I’m researching for my new supplement line I’m developing for ‘27 or ‘28 - want to take my time with this and do it the right way) I’ll eat a real food meal 2-3 hours later, pending my work schedule. Taking in roughly 4,000 calories per day. Holding conditioning and lean quality tissue very nicely with these macros. Current weight 236lbs. Best I’ve ever felt. Have a productive week and keep doing the thing 🗡️ 🛡️

My 3 yr old said this & it crushed me 👇 Just before I recorded this, my 3 yr old said “You never cuddle me”. My heart broke 💔 Not because I “never” do, but because with 4 kids, & 3 kids only 15 months apart in age, my attention usually has to go to the younger twins. So making sure our middle child isn’t overlooked is important to me. I do my best to love them in every way I’m capable, to make them feel seen & loved, but clearly I haven’t been doing enough. 😔 Not only is he right, but it was also a rude shock for me that my 3 yr old “toddler” is now blatantly aware of the division in attention & seeing the world through a child’s eyes, not a baby’s eyes. The game rules are changing… 🫣 Which is hard when you feel like you’re only just coping even with them being ‘ignorant’. But… I’m here. I can take what I learn each day & continue to show up & do my best to be the mum I want to be. 🗣️You can hear him again in this video saying, “What about me?” 😭 You can see how it broke me, yet it’s what we choose to do with the information we learn that’s important. 🌸 So I’ll be adding more cuddles, more positive affirmations about his place in our family, more 1:1 time into our routine to help his little self-talk & self-worth flourish.
