it’s not deleted it’s just locked. You can go through Hoyo and get it restored if you verify your age.

If you are in a American server you had to fill out a age check thingy and if you didn’t do it before July 21st (I think) then they would delete your account (also it was July 21st of last year)

Hey! This happened to me! Last login was 2023 and thought I lost my account when I tried to login two weeks ago. I never did the age verification thing and fully believed my account was gone. I reached out to them via email and they directed me towards the frozen account recovery website. There, I linked my old account to a new email and was able to restore my account! The only thing that’s different now is that my old account has a new email but hey! It works! Hopefully this helps someone <3
