they also resent that though they’ve transformed themselves to resemble you, enter your spaces, etc, they won’t get the same results because they still aren’t you. they won’t automatically get the same social respect or acceptance.

When I tell you I’ve had people tell me constantly I don’t know myself, I’m mean, I’m harsh, I don’t mix with their friends etc etc, I’m unlikeable but then admit they copy me, idealize me etc, say I give the best advice, say I’m so smart and wise, say being selective is good and they can’t cause they’re scared to be alone. Then their people start saying I act like them, then they start resenting me and then it ends in them smearcampaigning me and saying I abused them.

I feel that the behavior you're describing is quite extreme and is not caused by simply being insecure, which is a very common issue people have particularly when they're young, but having some sort of psychological disorder.
