my mom teach me this lesson when I was kid but she didn't teach it to my youngest sister because of it she's spoiled, she expect to me to clean up for her mess

to be honest I was raised like this but it wasn't how you expect it my mom left when I was a kid my dad technically raise me but most of the time he was drunk and told me to fix it myself so whenever I was bully do something bad I was always alone even now I learn how to live with It I guess

one day when I was a kid, my mum was making caramel, she takes the pot off the stove and puts it on the counter. She says "don't touch it, caramel is hot like lava when fresh." I put my finger in it. I learned not to do that again real quick. The caramel was delicious though 😅
