Pain pills make you constipated. Lots of fiber and stool softener to help you go! Speedy recovery 🫶🏾

make sure u take something to make u poo girl! It will make u so uncomfortable and more pain that u do not need. whatever helps u dragonfruit or I use hot coffee lol use what your body gets it moving and lots of water. I am glad u are doing so well
