@olliematthewshealth: If you can’t get healthy for your children. You never will. When I was 15, my dad died. He seemed healthy. Didn’t drink much. But he was stressed. Migraines first. Then a stroke. Dead at 47. If he hadn’t died, I wouldn’t be doing this work. That loss sent me down every route. Obese. Bodybuilding. High performance nutrition. Working with Olympic athletes. Tour de France level environments. But it wasn’t until I worked with entrepreneurs that it clicked. I was in Nashville, sitting in a house with a guy whose wife said, “You’ve given me back the man I married ten years ago.” His kids were there. 15 and 13. I couldn’t help my dad. But I could help these people. That’s when functional medicine became the focus. And when my daughter was born, everything sharpened. You think you understand your clients. Low energy. Low testosterone. Burnout. Then you hold your child and think, God protect her. I have to be here. I have to grow old. I turned 40 this year. My dad was dead at 47. I got criticised for saying this, but I stand by it. You don’t get healthy for your kids. You get healthy because you finally take responsibility. If you are ready to stop procrastinating and step into your potential, DM me or comment READY. I’m here to guide you.
