My aim as a one and done mum is to befriend another one and done mum. The kids can play together while we chat and catch up. It’s easier cos there’s not a tribe of kids for us to watch 😂

watching my friends and family who have one kid vs me who has two, the pros and cons list is pretty much equal. a sibling doesn't mean they'll have a friend for life either.

As a mom of 2 my kids don’t even play with eachother, they go opposite directions and then I’m left scrabbling to supervise both of them at the same time!

As an only child with no cousins my age and very little friends, my parents where always my best friends. My mom and my dad would play with me all the time and so would my mom's friends. I am now 22 and to this day my parents and I still play and have a great time. I am very thankful they only had me and your daughter might just be too. I always socialized with kids my age when I wanted but also always had my space which my friends with siblings lacked

Girl, I gave my kids 3 siblings. I got 4 little minions and they still want me to be mommy sister running around with them, so don’t you believe that “they will play with each other propaganda”. Now I just have more people to chase during tag and I’m tired.

Me and my brother always hated each other, never played peacefully together a day of our lifes. Age gap is 3 years. A sibling definitely is no guarantee for a best friend for life
