ma'am, I'm so sorry for you and your baby!!I've been a groomer for many years...that baby absolutely appears to have been choked out...and for awhile...likely by the grooming loop keeping him on the table...I personally would shave all hair around his neck and look for bruising....it would also explain the lack of bark. Justice for Kentrell!

My dog was like this and it was a neurology problem. He had a brain tumor and we had to put him to sleep. We came home n found him like that on his back kicking. He started walking to the left. Then couldn’t walk anymore. We took him to the ER vet. N we had to put him to sleep

He had to have fell off the table or water went up his nostrils partial drowning lack of oxygen, Heat stroke, maybe if they did his Anals they did something wrong 🤷🏽♀️🙏🏽so sad I love Yorkies 😓
