I was bitten by a European Nose-horned Viper whilst solo trail running in Albania. I started filming to calm myself down and thought I would share because I can laugh about it now that I’m safe. Yes, I’m aware I needed compression over the wound. I temporarily moved off the socks after some misscommunication with my dad, but I removed my tank top again and placed the socks over the wound and took off my shoes shortly after. Please let this be a reminder to always carry an emergency kit, even when it is a short trail. #trailrunning #snakebite #albania #valbone
