🎃 Fluffy Halloween Pizza 🎃 * 300 g all-purpose flour (Type 550) * 190 ml warm water * 7 g active dry yeast * 1 tbsp sugar * 1 tsp salt * 2 tbsp olive oil * orange gel food coloring Preparation 1. Activate the yeast: Mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes. 2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil. Add the orange food coloring and knead for 8–10 minutes until you have a soft, elastic dough. 3. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky, don’t add too much flour. 4. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours, or until roughly doubled in size. 5. Generously grease a 28-cm pizza pan or small baking pan with olive oil. 6. Place the dough in the pan and gently stretch it out with your fingertips. Don’t press it completely flat, keep the air in the dough and leave a thicker edge. 7. Let it rise in the pan for another 30–45 minutes. 💚 Green Cheese * 250 g mozzarella, freshly shredded * green gel food coloring Mix the mozzarella with a very small amount of green gel food coloring until it becomes a bright, vibrant green. Bake at 230°C / 450°F (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. For an even more American-style pizza, spread 1–2 tbsp olive oil in the pan beforehand, the bottom will become nicely crispy while the crust stays fluffy. 🎃 For the Halloween look Don’t just scatter the olives randomly.
