Come on guys. Whatâs racist about this? She had a student visa, and if her main purpose of staying in Poland changed from studying to working and living here, she was supposed to change her legal basis for staying. That doesnât mean she canât stay in Poland, there are legal routes for graduates to remain here and look for work or start a business. This isnât some uniquely Polish rule. Immigration status is generally tied to the purpose for which it was granted. Learn how visas and residence permits work before calling everything racism.
