@trainerkyzo11: Neo Universe and Still in Love are one of the most interesting roommate pairings in Umamusume: Pretty Derby* because their real-life counterparts were both major stars of the 2003 Classic generation, yet their Triple Crown stories went in completely different directions. Neo Universe dominated the first two legs of the Japanese Triple Crown for colts, winning the **Satsuki Sho** and then the **Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby)**, putting himself in position to become Japan's next Triple Crown winner. However, his dream ended at the **Kikuka Sho**, where he finished third behind That's the Plenty and Lincoln, meaning he came extremely close but ultimately could not complete the Triple Crown. Meanwhile, Still in Love created history on the fillies' side by winning all three races of the 2003 Triple Tiarathe Oka Sho, Japanese Oaks, and Shuka Sho—becoming only the second filly at the time to accomplish the feat, 17 years after Mejiro Ramonu. This makes their roommate relationship especially funny and meaningful: one is the horse who came painfully close to completing the Triple Crown, while the other actually completed her Triple Tiara in the exact same 2003 season. In the *Umamusume* setting, Neo Universe and Still in Love are roommates in the Ritto Dorm, and Neo is portrayed as someone who understands and supports Still, giving their relationship a sense of companionship beyond simply being classmates. Their pairing therefore works on several levels: they belong to the same racing generation, both achieved major Classic victories, and both experienced the pressure of pursuing a three-race championship, but their endings were different—**Neo Universe became a Double Classic winner who fell just short of the Triple Crown, while Still in Love completed the Triple Tiara.** That contrast makes their roommate dynamic one of the coolest examples of real Japanese racing history being transformed into character relationships in *Umamusume*. #neouniverse #stillinlove #umamusume #viral #fyp
