Cold lobster is more about the lobster. Hot/butter, the butter takes over and you can’t taste the lobster as much. That being said, I’ll take either.

you went wrong with the 1/2 lb - way too much lobster to bread ratio and then there is way too much butter which makes the bread too soggy. 1/4 lb roll for $32 is perfect & their clam chowder is much better than their bisque. love Lobster Landing ❤️
