I am TIRED of Mystique and Nightcrawler having visible pupils/irises. They're supposed to be FULL yellow. Plus, Nightcrawler is supposed to be sorta fuzzy, like a peach, but we've never seen that

Personally I like the scaring/texture on his skin, I think it would just look weird having his skin just blue and smooth. The solid blue definitely works in the comics probably not in live action. Also how well would his costume transfer over, I hyped the comic accurate Wolverine costume in Deadpool 3
