I’m choosing to make self-care and self-love a bigger part of my life because I’m learning that taking care of myself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. I want to romanticize slow mornings, getting enough sleep, drinking more water, taking care of my skin, moving my body, eating nourishing food, keeping my space peaceful, protecting my energy, setting boundaries, resting without feeling guilty, and giving myself the same patience and kindness that I give to everyone else. I want to prioritize my mental health, emotional well-being, physical health, personal growth, confidence, peace, and happiness. I’m learning to listen to my body, honor my feelings, let myself rest, spend time alone, enjoy little things, disconnect from negativity, and stop feeling like I have to earn rest or prove my worth. Self-love is choosing myself, respecting myself, forgiving myself, speaking kindly to myself, and remembering that I deserve care even on the days when I don’t feel productive or confident. I’m entering an era of healing, wellness, mindfulness, healthy routines, positive habits, inner peace, confidence, balance, and becoming the best version of myself. More self-care, more self-love, more peaceful routines, more healthy habits, more boundaries, more rest, more joy, more gratitude, more confidence, more healing, and less guilt for putting myself first. 🌷🧘♀️🫧🤍✨
