I believe that con artists and scam artists should be punished for the crimes they commit just like any other criminal defendant after being proven guilty by a reasonable doubt because they are still thieves but are labeled differently and full restitution with no exceptions should be mandated prior to granting parole and if the defendant refuses to reimburse the victims then civil forfeiture should be implemented after a judgement has been obtained by a presiding court 🤑🤢🤮😡😠🤬😈👿💀☠️💩💩💩💩💩💩
