the officer didn't have to do that to him he was in handcuffs why he grab him like that and threw him on the ground when he was in handcuffs that does not make sense so maybe the officer should have been fired that was not right with the officer did to him specially when he was in handcuffs he could just grabbed him and took him out of the truck instead of driving them strong and bound to the ground wow
