@team3dmj: Whether you do 2 sets or 4 sets, 8 reps or 12 reps, 3 training days or 5, IT ALL WORKS FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. The productive ranges of training variables are extremely wide and varied. It's best to pick a place on the spectrum (usually the lower end if you're unsure) and then simply test it out for a training block or two. Is it working? Is progress occurring at all?...Then leave it. Are you stagnant or regressing?...Make a change. But like Brian says, it has to be reactionary based on your own body and feedback. You don't need to know the perfect number of anything. You just need to test things and adjust in response. 🔹 🔹 🔹 Need help running those tests in an intelligent and methodical manner? 👉 Click the "COACHING" button in our bio @team3dmj #Team3DMJ
