a defense attorney doesn't do stuff like this. this isn't a TV show. the defense's theory is that she did it and was insane at the time. it was literally the defendant's plea.

He definitely wouldn’t have been willing. His condition on testifying, from what I understand, was to have his cell phone records sealed. If there was any inclination that he may have to defend himself, he wouldn’t have agreed to testify. Hopefully enough reasonable doubt is created to have those records unsealed once this trial is complete.

Or you don’t understand the case the defense is trying to make. They acknowledge she killed the children, but argue she isn’t criminally responsible due to her mental state. This isn’t just my interpretation. Try consuming any news source that isn’t TikTok. From CNN: “Her attorney has argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and extreme mental illness when she killed them.” From PBS: “Trial begins for woman who claims postpartum psychosis drove her to kill her 3 children.”

its because too many people have testified she did it then I believe theres a recording where she admits to it. im still doing my research but anyways he kinda has to say that but its how he says it and has presented other evidence that points to reasonable doubt and to her not being sane. she personally probably said shes guilty bc at the very least she didn't remove herself or her children from Patrick then herself from the children for inpatient help after separation. theres a lot of guilt and blame there so she probably has requested this. just to be clear im basing my opinion on how ive read her.

Let me ask you this. If you were a jury member and you hear. She did it from the attorney who is leading her case you think that would just be undone by some testimony. Testimony that didn’t even really provide a whole load of doubt. I would need something definitive to over dole hearing the lead attorney said she did it.
