To everyone who needs to her this, please eat, I know it's hard but I'm proud of you for every bite you take, if u don't have an ed yet maybe this message helps you, I've been in that hole and it's really not good, once ur in you'll barely make it out again, so please eat, if u wanna get thinner eat healthy and do sports, it'll take time but after a while you'll see a difference, I promise ur perfect the way u are, when I had an ed I didn't eat for days but eventually I made it out and that was the hardest fight ever, after I started eating normal again I gained more than I weight before and that was so hard for me but I accepted it, even tho this was a year ago I still think abt not eating now and then but my friends rlly support me and help me a lot, so if you need smbdy to talk bcs u have nobody or u don't wanna talk abt it with smbdy u know talk to me, stay strong, you can do this, and don't forget I'm always here for u, jst dm me❤️
