This is absolutely sad and lam feeling for you as a Ladylady- lam owed 19.200.00 in rent arrears and Redbridge Council have refused to pay rent and told their tenant not to leave. Why is Labour doing this???

my step daughter didn't pay her rent 8 months, me and wife were the guarantors, we ended up getting a loan to pay the £6400 to landlord, and step daughter left for Birmingham with no contact...bet this happens to a lot of parents

Had this a few times, not quite this bad though. The government/law is practically rewarding this behaviour with weak laws and no repercussions. This is criminal damage end of.

as a landlord I can confirm that the system is rigged in favour of the tenant, these new changes are only going to push rent through the roof, because thousands of landlords are selling up

Same happened to me all rentals sold now and no more calls to change a lightbulb fix this and fix that best feeling ever wish I had just invested my money earlier rather than putting in to rentals
