pause this video at any moment and in most cases you will see a plan that doesn't make sense: awkward junctions, awkward plots, tiny plots. there are only two entrances or in some cases, on, so it is not integrated with the neighbourhood. it doesn't feel like a development that will have a sense of place or community. I would advocate strongly against use of this tool or this general approach to design
