Could’ve had a better time if most of the staff didn’t discriminate. Literally was told to walk away from a “closed queue” then watch him let three Korean women in. Happened multiple times :/

too bad most of us waited forever to get in, joined a queue that didnt even matter, walked around in circles because EVERY BOOTH was paused but staff just kept yelling at us to keep walking. Maybe if you guys would have utilized allllll the extra space on that side instead of cramming all the booths like sardines more people would be able to get in line and actually enjoy their time and make their ticket price worth it. Paying for a ticket to walk around and have nothing to do other than stand in multiple lines is ridiculous especially when you couldn't even get in to see who you wanted to see at the artist stage

shout out to the staff from some brands that took matters into their own hands and made a good queue system, and yes i’m talking about romand, they had a qr code for an online waitlist, this is how it should be done if crowding is an issue, that way people who did come first get in the line, some staff from other booths would tell you to come back later, but the second you walk a step away they start letting people in, how is that fair

please don’t do the queue system/pausing the queue in the future! it was terrible and people were getting violent. just having regular lines worked perfectly in all past kcon years for booths

your staff was discriminatory and racist towards so many poc who weren't asian and the festa thing was a MESS, my friend and i couldn't even enjoy it because the queues for nearly all the booths would pause.

Every single booth had a “queue paused” sign up at the same time and we never got to experience any booths or get any freebies during the entire time we were there. Do better.

the queue policy for the booths was so chaotic and stressful 😔😔😔 so many employees were yelling the entire time. we walked around in circles forever, kept being told to "come back in 5 mins" and then the moment we leave, they let the people behind us in it was degrading tbh.

On Saturday I almost passed out waiting in the line to get into the con.. when I got in everything was so crowded and I kept getting pushed to the side. I didn’t even bother on Sunday besides going to artist stage and even then it was poorly managed ://

can we talk about how every line was paused and how they wouldn’t let ppl in unless they looked a specific way… also staff knew next to NOTHING when we asked. no support or signs to know where to get almost anything 😍
