I can remember I was 18 and I used to use this to run 5 miles every night at 11 pm in the summer to stay fit. I'd start by the bay in Margate Nj, and go straight to the boardwalk then all the way to Atlantic City and back. Yes, great vibe and 2,nd 3rd , 4th wind. Zap!!!

The numbers are more than statistics. They represent real people, real families, and real lives that deserve a chance at stability. According to North Carolina’s 2025 Point-in-Time Count, an estimated 15,512 people were experiencing homelessness across our state on a single night in January 2025. That’s a 33% increase from 2024. 📊 Here are the numbers we cannot ignore: 🔹 15,512 people experiencing homelessness statewide 🔹 10,712 people staying in sheltered settings 🔹 4,800 people experiencing unsheltered homelessness 🔹 4,012 people in families with children 🔹 585 unaccompanied youth 🔹 752 veterans experiencing homelessness 📌 Source: 2025 Point-in-Time Count data, as reported by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness. These numbers represent people who need more than a temporary solution. They need access to safe housing, stability, supportive services, and a realistic pathway toward independence. At Serenity Path Network LLC and Serenity Path Foundation, we believe that homelessness should not define a person’s future. Our mission is to help create pathways from housing instability to a more secure, independent life — beginning with our commitment to veterans and expanding to serve other vulnerable populations. We know that one organization cannot solve homelessness alone. It takes community partnerships, dedicated service providers, compassionate neighbors, and people willing to be part of the solution. 💜 Our vision is simple: Housing. Stability. Support. Independence. Let’s stop looking at homelessness as someone else’s problem. It affects our communities, our neighbors, and people who may be closer to us than we realize. Together, we can help change the path. 🏡 Follow Serenity Path Network and Serenity Path Foundation as we continue building pathways to independence in North Carolina. 💬 Join the conversation: What do you believe our communities need most to help reduce homelessness? #SerenityPathNetwork #HomelessStatistics #NorthCarolina #HomelessnessAwareness #HousingFirst
