Si le gouvernement Chinois de 1999 a appliqué une interdiction dans le but de préserver la ressource. Il y avait probablement une raison. Pourquoi ont-ils toujours du poisson aujourd'hui? Sûrement parce qu'il ont pris les bonnes mesures il y a 27 ans. Ne serait-il pas judicieux de les maintenir ?
