We can do ALL the things but it’s baby’s hormones that start labor, specifically their lungs release a signal that they are ready! Movements just help get baby into get an ‘optimal’ position. The end is tough sis, you’re so close - maybe get a massage and do something non-labor related to offer a mental reset xoxo

With my second I danced a lot with my toddler, pumped and bounced on the ball loads. Woke up to period cramps, had a sweep and was 2-3cms and she was the born the next day but I still 100% believe dancing to pitbull a lot is what brought on labour for me 😂
