Traditional market investors are still heavily picking up both otc and nft blocks, xrp does not run on cycles its a framed system with public and private ledgers.. Too many dont understand what it and a select few others really mean and how they are being positioned.. "bare" and "bull" markets talk with it are mute points.. Retail as a whole does not understand nor take the time to understand why retail was never meant to be in xrp and many will be playing the pump dump game when they are left behind for good once the clock strikes 0.. 🕔🤷‍♂️💪🏼
