Philly steak garlic bread 🥖 Ingredients  2 pounds thinly sliced ribeye steak 1 french bread loaf Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoons red chili flakes  1 tbsp garlic powder  1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced  1 yellow onion, thinly slices  1/3 cup mushrooms sliced (optional) 1/3 cup pickled jalapeños ( optional) Oil for cooking. 1 cup mozzarella cheese  4 slices provolone cheese For the cheese sauce  1 cup milk 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese  Salt and pepper to taste  1/2 tsp cayenne pepper  For the garlic butter: 1/2 cup softened butter  4 cloves of garlic finely minced  1 tbsp finely chopped parsley  1 tsp red chili flakes  Salt and pepper to taste Method  Pre heat oven at 355 F. Make the garlic butter by adding softened butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.  In a pan over medium high heat, add the butter and melt. Whisk in the flour and slowly whisk in the milk. Add in the cheese. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and mix until cheese is melted. In a cast iron skillet heat oil, sauté onion and bell peppers. Season with salt. Once done remove and set aside. Increase to high heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Spread the super thinly sliced steak in an even layer. Let brown for a couple of minutes undisturbed then flip and season with salt and black pepper, red chili flakes and garlic powder . Sautee until steak is fully cooked through then stir in the caramelized onions bell pepper. Add provolone cheese and let it melt. Cut the French bread in half. Apply the garlic butter on the open side. Add shredded mozzarella cheese. Top it with cook beefsteak. Add the cheese sauce on top. Place the bread on a prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
