@alexismswan: Ovulation Pistachio Brownies 1 packed cup of almond flour 3/4 cup unsalted pistachios 2 tsp matcha (optional but intensifies the green color-doesnt affect flavor) 1 egg 2 tbs coconut oil 2 tbs honey 1/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Chocolate chunks or cups (at least 1/2 cup but measure with your heart) 1. In a food processor, pulse almond flour, pistachios and matcha if using until a fine powder forms (about 2 mins) 2. Mix wet ingredients together (egg, coconut oil, honey, and milk) until smooth 3. Add pistachio/almond flour to wet ingredients as well as baking powder, baking soda and salt. 4. Stir in chocolate 5. Bake at 325 for 20-25 mins (you still want the middle to be fudgy!) 6.
