It's honestly hard to change. I've been into relationships that had the ball rolling. It got overwhelming huge that it would be hard to let go. Once there's a huge shift within a day, you've suddenly wonder what have happened... Now your emotions are exposed and amplified that you've missed those moments when you both became persistent. That shift brought the illusion of avoidance. You start to blame them and then you've realize that you're doing too much. Not saying sorry is the best choice since you're letting go stress, but accepting and trying to make it as a lesson of attachment. I've said sorry many times that I know that I ain't gonna change it. Guilt is the best teacher, trying to be innocent will make you proceed to do the same action
