I find it helpful to sensory overwhelm myself with heavy music in my headphones and dance and move with the flow of emotions. The wind comes with my anger the sadness brings the rain. It’s labelled as a shamanic ability by the indigenous cultures but it a neurodivergent ability that’s freaking cool! Be weird, no one really cares, they all have their own shit to think about! If you do get a judgemental look that’s still energy you can alchemise towards getting stronger in your ability! Keep shining!
