Kokushibo never off himself. He literally couldn't regen or use his bda because muichiro's red blade. Kokushibo lost the moment he faced 3 hashiras at 1 hp. He wss lucky he never got to face all 3 healthy versions. Michikatsu is losing against gyomei in 1 move. Upper moons as hashiras stand no chance against hashiras as demons

the hashira as demons are wiping😭 most of the upper moons dont have the main thing that was saving them from being killed which was their regen. (koku douma and akaza are the only exceptions to this) gyokko, gyutaro, daki, and hantengu are getting no diffed

Kinda sleeping on Gyutaro, he wasn’t just poor and ugly, he had legitimate skills with the sickle he found and was actively a threat in the red light district before becoming a demon. Muzan himself even said Daki was holding him back from his potential. The demons still lose to the hashira in the swap, but there’s a few outliers here

a demon will always be stronger than a human that’s js the synopsis of the story the hashiras as demons will be insanely more stronger esp if we say that they are all marked, red blade with stw its js not fair and even when the hashiras were humans the gap between the uppers and the hashira were extremely unfair

Most of the Kizuki are normal or even below average humans. The only ones that aren’t above that are Gyutaro (somewhat above normal human level), Hakuji (somewhat superhuman) and Michikatsu (featless Hashira). Tengen or Rengoku (the weakest among the modern Hashira) alone as Demons would smoke all the Kizuki as Humans.

Hashira as demons would destroyed the uppermoons as humans wouldn’t even be a context most of them are carry by regen imagine gyomei as a demon, muichiro would be a monster, shinobu poison would be deadly,etc. they all would have insane buffs

I honestly think the rankings would change if they swapped like tengen is either upper moon 3-5 because imagine how much more destructive he would be and the fact he's resistant to poison like they all have there strengths to make them up as upper moons
