Police killed that child. Them high speed chases put life’s in danger. Theft, was not worth a high speed chases.. Js. which led to this. They saw she was gone run so why chase her? Not that serious.

A child lost his life over shoplifting. What she did is insane, pursuing her in a high speed chase is beyond crazy. They could have caught up with her at a later date/time.

Fleeing police in a motor vehicle is basically the same as randomly firing a weapon into a crowd. It should be a 1st degree felony with a minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison. Far too many innocent people are hurt or worse in police pursuits.
