Can you talk about a newborn that will only nurse on one side and refuses the other? My 2 week old will only nurse on my left side currently.

Hi Nicki! First thank you so much for your educational videos they have bring so much peace of mind to me. I wanted to ask my baby is 5 months old and she is fully breastfeed but I keep being told that my baby is so small. We weights about 14 to 15 pounds by now but everyone always comments that she is so small so I wonder if my milk is not helping her grow?

Thank you for this.🥰 Was going crazy thinking baby wasn’t latching properly due to “mouth blisters” or two tone lips. But I see her jaw moving, she’s gaining really well and no pain..

Hi! I’m looking for advice with my 4-month-old. I was sick and my milk supply dropped a lot, so she wasn’t satisfied after breastfeeding and I started giving her bottles. Since then, she refuses to latch during the day, although she still breastfeeds about 3 times at night. I’m now pumping 6–8 times a day and my supply has improved to around 660–750 mL/day. I’m trying to get her back to breastfeeding during the day, but she refuses the breast. Could this be a nursing strike, and do you have any advice? ❤️

Im almost EBF with the odd pumped bottle here and there depending on how many clients I have, but he’s still on the 9th percentile. Am I not producing enough for him to gain effectively with just my milk?

just want to thank you. bec of you I have increased my supply. no more pumping just to catch up with demand. no more formula mix feeding. i just took ur tips and after 3mos of mix feed, i now exclusively breastfeed my baby. God Bless you Ma'am! 🫡

Is it normal for my five-week-old to still get tired while feeding? We are doing mixed feeding, and he needs long breaks at both the breast and the bottle. He is gaining weight well and wetting his diapers; I assume this will improve as he grows? He has a tongue-tie.

my baby has a tongue tie, there used to be a small amount of clicking sometimes and latch didn’t look great. i was so stressed about it his first couple months of life. but he seemed satisfied after feeds and was gaining weight and had plenty of wet diapers. I’m so lucky to have such a great pediatrician, she reassured me but referred me to breastfeeding medicine for peace of mind. They said well maybe his latch is shallow but it seems to me you guys are doing great. I’m thankful i did not get his tongue clipped! 6 months in and breastfeeding is still going amazingly
