Its crazy because we are seeing two moms defend their daughters in different stages of life. One mom is watching her daughter struggle with the illness while the other one just wants her daughter to live her life. This scene is beautiful because you can see both dynamics clearly 😭❤️

The grandma is in the wrong. I was a little older than her when my mom died and all my mom wanted was for me to live my life. If BOTH parents are telling grandma to be quiet then it’s something they’ve discussed. Putting that much pressure on a child while actively grieving while also trying to do something they love while grappling with life with out a parent so young is traumatic.

I think ppl need to stop calling the grandma a bitch like yes she’s a little wrong for this but at the same time I know it’s the girls mom but that’s her baby…no parent should have to watch their child die and burry them…so their grief and sadness will obviously look different of how they’re going to handle this situation

I think I’m too scared to watch this movie. It reminds me so much of what I go through with my mom with her fighting cancer and being sick my whole life I started the first 20 minutes and then I sobbed and stopped.
