I see a lot of people here confused, I'm working as a penetration tester, so I'll tell you exactly what i did. I started with network, took me about 6 months to understand the fundamentals, then web tech for 2-3 months, along side linux. Then i hopped in for eJpt, completed it, did a lots of free labs and also a few paid ones. got confident, then i went for OSCP and i cleared it a single go in 3 months. To be brutally honest cyber security is a very time demanding, patience demanding field, if you cannot keep up with time and patience then sadly this is not something you should be in. Lastly best wishes for all the people who want to get into this field and trust me guys when you're strong in it, and 6 figures starts rolling, everything struggles and pain starts making sense
