Look into endoscopic surgeries for your back. They work wonders by relieving the pain from the bulging disc.

Have you had decompression? My tailbone and LAST DISC GREW TOGETHER. I had five herniated discs in 2022 and 2023. They healed but the last L5S1 Is permanent.
