if you wash and chop up the broccoli and then put it on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and pepper and the roast it in the oven on 400 for like 20 min it is soooo good!

Biggest thing when you go shopping for produce is check EVERYTHING for mold. My kids absolutely love fruits and veggies and if we're not careful sometimes we find some stuff with just a tiny tiny spot and if one place has it the whole thing needs to go in my opinion.

Always make sure you look at all the fruit even though it’s in a container. Try to shake it around a little bit to make sure there’s nothing smoosh or moldy looking. Always also make sure that your iceberg lettuce is firm. You don’t want one that’s hollow. You should also check the expiration dates on anything that has one.
