@thebudgetmom: Debt payoff is just as much a mental challenge as it is a financial one. Welcome to Money School! 🎓 This is LESSON 15 of my 30-day series to finally understand money, where I'm teaching one money lesson in under 2 minutes. One of the biggest reasons people give up on paying off debt isn't because they can't do it. It's because it feels like nothing is changing. When your brain can't see progress, it's easy to believe you aren't making any. That's why making your progress visible is so important. Try one of these: ✔️ Color in a debt payoff tracker after every payment. ✔️ Celebrate every $1,000 or 10% paid off instead of waiting until the balance reaches zero. ✔️ Keep a debt thermometer somewhere you'll see every day. ✔️ Look at how much you've already paid off—not just what you still owe. The goal isn't to trick yourself into feeling motivated. It's to give your brain tangible evidence that your hard work is paying off. Every payment matters, even when it doesn't feel like it yet. #moneyschool #debtfreejourney #debtpayoff #Budgeting #PersonalFinance
