my bf will shower multiple times if he's cold or sore. so not to get cleaned, just as water therapy. other than that, if it was a light day/ I stayed in all day, I'll go with days without showering. others I'll shower daily. but 3 for no reason often can be bad for your skin and just unnecessary.
