@jenna.lynn.lyons: Replying to @andreaapter Let’s just hope these are easy fixes and it’s not too many areas of metastasis where I could end up on new treatment. The treatment I am currently on is my best chance of longer survival. Prayers and vibes are so welcomed. #cancertok #mbc #metastaticcancer #stage4cancer #progression
You are a fighter and a blessed woman. I know God will see you through this too.

Anticipate a bone biopsy done by interventional radiology... this would confirm if it was in your bone...I'm sorry

I’m also a Stage 4 MBC fighter with mets to liver. There are so many new treatments and more on the horizon. Everyday I think I made it one day closer to a possible cure. Prayers for you, your family and that your care team find the best path forward for you. 💕

My mother was diagnosed at 35 with breast cancer she had mastectomy radiation and chemo but unfortunately on her 5 year mark they saw suspicious spots in her spine and her liver and her bones she was given 6 months. When I tell you she lived 15 years after the reoccurrence and that was 20 years ago. She didn’t even die from the actual cancer ( that’s not what caused her death) Her oncologist told me her mind played such a big part of her living so long. She used to tell her doctors you have not biopsied any of these lesions so who knows if it really is cancer. But since you are insisting I’ll do chemo and radiation again just because everyone is making a big deal out of this. I’m not saying it was easy she did receive blood transfusions every Monday and chemo every Wednesday. She told me she could be hit by a car tomorrow and the blood transfusions were just like filling your car up with gas and that mentality is what kept her going. She was stilling working a full time job and no one knew she had cancer. This was 20 years ago and I know there are so many new medications and options out there. You got this!! My mom said she just wanted to see me have my first child and she did!!! I will never forget her saying I know I can leave now you have your baby. So you keep going you will see your grandkids someday and you will see all your boys most important moments. You just have to believe and stay positive. I know for a fact my mom did do all her testing and she told her doctor and me she didn’t want to know the results she just agreed to follow the oncologist plan no questions asked. Also she advocated if she was feeling to sick from chemo she would take a break from it. Please stay positive and enjoy your family no one is promised tomorrow.. Praying for you

New plan is going to keep all of these new spots from spreading. I feel very connected to your story as we were diagnosed within months of each other I believe. I was diagnosed in July 2021. I am HER2 positive as well. If I remember correctly they missed this on your diagnosis. I was stage 2 when they caught mine. My doctor only recommended 6 months of Herceptin based on a European study and now that I know more I wish I would’ve done a year. But here we are. I did just get a clear Mammo. When I see your videos I often feel guilt. I just pray that you can get a good plan that stops the progression. I know they have new HER2 drugs coming out all of the time. So much love to you.

New to your page. I’m currently battling stage 4 as well, going on 2 years now & I just want to see my kids grow up. It’s so unfair… may I ask what treatment you’re doing now?

The saddest part is you can have a catscan of the abdomen or mri after an injury or illness and they will only look at the area of injury or illness. if they looked like they do when looking for spots with cancer diagnosis so many of us would never have reached stage 4.

Hi Jenna - how did you discover this? Pet scan of what parts of your body? And did you have symptoms? I’m 3 years post breast cancer and have a weird pain in my ribs and upper back. I see my oncologist today for bi-annual checkup but not sure what to ask for.

I think about you all the time. Remember the first day that you announced you had breast cancer. I pray that everything is going to be alright, just think about the positive instead of the negative. You are doing so good

I have breast cancer. Also cervical cancer. You will be alright. Look at the measurements. FUCKCANCER. Lookup the difference from your last scan. Compare them. Yes,stress will make things worse. Also some of the imaging could be scar tissue. If you had any surgeries
