EXACTLY when you bring up anything that is scientifically proven and has mounds of evidence, they say “that’s just a belief/I don’t believe in it because it’s not in my religion” like what?? And I also don’t understand how anyone can just deny science (not theories) like it’s FACTS, you can’t dent them.

I'm irreligious myself but the lesson history seems to teach us is that science is not completely trustworthy either. In the past, science standardized many treatments and medicines that we now know to be harmful or illegal. For example, heroin was prescribed to children, doctors used to administer cocaine and toxic mercury-based medicines, and depression was treated by surgically removing parts of the brain. Science has had such a harmful, predatory, and monstrous history that, in my view, science should not be trusted at all. It should not be understood as a framework for truth. We should not blindly trust science because, just as science and governments have given us some excellent medicines, they have also given us harmful ones. Patients’ voices were often ignored, and they were subjected to serious harm. The patients who were given treatments involving heroin, cocaine, or brain surgery often did not provide genuinely informed consent either; their consent was manipulated or obtained under unethical circumstances. This was deeply unethical.

they think scientific books are just as believable as the Bible or even less because they were written by people. as if there isn't an entire process to writing scientific research and publishing books. but sure the book translated over centuries and written by random people about events we have no real proof of is more legit.

It is also very limited and needs to be expanded on to include more spectrums of consciousness. It is only "fact" in the 3D material world but we are becoming well aware through disclosure, there is more than that now. We can believe in it being helpful in the physical, but also see it is incredibly limited & flawed holistically. Scientific Materialism will be debunked in our lifetime I guarantee that.
