@gr3at.s4ge: tiktok comedy, or as i like to call it: the bigotry cycle. worst part is we used to have genuinely good harmless jokes last for weeks on here. like "me as a baby" and buttercup bakeshop were genuinely so funny, and they silently died out too. i feel like the only harmless jokes that stick around anymore are ones that are just reheating the rickroll's nachos. #gr3ats4ge #internetrenaissance
pepole saying acoustic and delulu back in 2025 will never be funny to me tbh

Or just people who don't know how to have fun with out making fun of someone for having fun because it's "embarrassing" ( they never heard of "mind your business")

because offensive humor gets more of a reaction out of people. also, most people our age (as in teenagers) want to look tough or cool so they do things out of the norm to make them look edgy

Simply put. Because tiktok is full of insecure neurotypical people who may or may not have a privileged life or may be in a religion that prevents them from learning anything that isn't the same Bible verses for the 600th time. (not being mean of course. Sorry if did come off that way :'3)

I have a very hot take that we need to go back to making vine era jokes about stuff. The number of times I saw guys straighter than a board actively participating in deeply physical affection, often across races, and not feel ashamed or weird about it because “it’s not gay if we’re wearing socks” would astound people today. We need to get back vine so bros can platonically make out with their bros and feel safe in their masculinity about it.
