I I guess it takes a while to build strong. I’ve been working at it for five years and I’m still in my happy little wheelchair. I did find something out from prostatic yesterday they have not been listening to me from day one which is I was born with scoliosis so I have always cleaned forward and I watched a lot of videos with people with prothetic and wonder how they do it so gracefully well they’re back are straight. Mine not I have always leaned very much forward so my wheelchair is where I will be for a while so hopefully the next protist will listen so my message is be sure they not only hear you but actually listen to you when you go to get your prosthetic, and if you have any issues, you might check into Slingshot bionics Oklahoma City. I’ve heard really good things and I have a friend that had this done and they also had scoliosis and they’re able to walk so I’m hoping that will be a game changer for me or the wheelchair is where I will be.

I always have a nagging feeling that im failing after u had my amputation. I have good days but the bad ones are over taking them.

I have that liner but I use the smarttemp. It does great with sweat but it stretches out soo quick. 🤦🏻♀️I’ve tried so many and one might fit great but I sweat more. Sux. Been a bk amputee since 2023. I’m still learning. Been through so many legs

Stay patient I’ve been an amputee for 25 years. Make sure you have plenty of different ply socks and wear them accordingly you’ll be fine.
