Objectively speaking, Dottore’s introduction might be the best one. Before his introduction, we receive various information (like the expelled student from the Akademiya) etc. During the cutscene, a confused atmosphere surrounds the area (all the people up during the night), only to be shattered by the reveal of its cause, which also answers previous questions held by the traveler and nahida. Other than that, we also find out the cause is also an hardbinger, and one of the highest one to be precise. Idk if i managed to explain it very well, hopefully someone will understand what I mean
