yogurt is used mostly as a savory ingredient in Sudan 🇸🇩, like in actual dishes. but one way my mom uses it and would be considered a bawl is that she cuts up tomatoes and then season it with salt, pepper and lots of ground dried chilli, that's her girl lunch...I do not eat tomatoes and I'm not sure she does this, but I think adding sesame oil would make it taste even better maybe.

as far as i know, greek yogurt has sugar in it so because of that many of you have no idea how sour can be a yogurt is. you can make yogurt at home too if you can't find a real yogurt at markets. we add yogurt to everything in türkiye because it is not sugary, it is sour and it goes well with everything.
