my boyfriend does HVAC and at his old job he charged 10,000 for a new unit. at his new job he works commercial so it’s 50,000 for a new unit

“ Roof and AC” Need to be checked before purchasing a house. Always hire someone to inspect the house before purchasing. It cool and helpful cause then you can say these things need to be fixed or replaced before purchase also can drop the house payment if those things need to be replaced. Just a tip!
