I agreed with your last video and I agree with this one too! Every bakery option can’t be hardo bread now. There is a cute bakery on Flatlands with cup cakes and cakes but it was a bit hard 😩

Rockaway Pkwy could get great for restaurant row/ day& night life. It’s quant you can walk to the pier through tree lined streets with well maintained home. No one markets Canarsie. Where is the Chamber Association ?

for those who dont know Rockaway pkwy starting from Foster to Seaview commercial rent is high and at the same time the pandemic changed a lot of things. most of the spaces that are available are u der the same property management. the stores that are still open and running some what are probably breaking even. plus the area does not have the same foot traffic
